This # called my mobile, left no message. Has same first six digits as my mobile.
With outdoor environment sounds in the background. They started off the phone call stating their phone number then they stated they were IRS and to return the call immediately as it is time sensitive. They repeated the phone number 240-253-6423 and hung up.
