Left a voicemail in a foreign language. No idea what they were saying and frankly don't care. I do not know people in TX as the area code suggests.

My family gets calls from Salem nearly every day. The few times we have answered, no one is on the phone. If I block a number, a new Salem number calls. My best guess is theses are scammers.
