a man with a Ukrainian, maybe Polish accent. The first thing he said was his phone number, then repeated it angrily as 613-912-3386 (not the number on my call display which was 909-841-9706) and said if his call was not returned, then something garbled about an attorney, then "Good luck". Whatever that means. Some scammer, obviously.
