caller calls on restricted line first, then wants you to call this phone number because you are a winner with Publisher's Clearing House and the van is waiting down the street to deliver your prize. They didn't have our name or anything else. Pure Scam.
This # called my mobile, left no message. Has same first six digits as my mobile.
