Peco Energy Company. This is their automated phone service which notifies customers of information such as scheduled work in their area or appointments.
I have gotten numerous calls from this number. I don't answer numbers I don't know so o don't know what kind if call it is. But since its three to four times a week I'm guessing it's spam.
This # called my mobile, left no message. Has same first six digits as my mobile.
