Threatens to call the cops on you. The IRS would not refer to law enforcement as cops. The man that spoke to me barely spoke English and laughed when I said to stop calling me. That is not how the IRS does business and their website states red flags and these scammers meet all of those red flags. Do not pay or give them info. Block them.
